Refund policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To arrange a return, please note the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The goods must not have been worn or used.
Labels must still be attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that you will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. You can send this to us by email.

The customer is responsible for returning the items.

As we are currently a small business, we unfortunately have to pass on the return shipping costs to the customer. However, as soon as our shop grows, we will be happy to cover the return shipping costs if the customer so wishes.

*Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
If you would like a different size, colour or product, please return the item as part of the cancellation process and place a new order.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract, e.g. by email or post.
You can also use our sample withdrawal form (see below), but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
