Shipping policy

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specify. You can have your order delivered to private and business addresses as well as to parcel shops.

Shipping is carried out nationally and internationally via Deutsche Post.

📦 National shipping (Germany)

-Free shipping on orders over £35.

-Delivery time: approx. 2–4 working days.

🌍 International shipping

Free shipping on orders over £65.

Estimated delivery times depending on destination country:

-EU countries: 4–12 working days

-Switzerland: 4–10 working days

-United Kingdom: 4–10 working days

-USA / Canada: 10–25 working days

-Australia / New Zealand: 14–30+ working days

-Other international countries: 10–30+ working days

-Customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

-In the event of delays or loss, I can provide assistance using the tracking service, but I accept no liability for the delivery time of the service provider.

📦Shipping and liability

1. Shipping methods

During the ordering process, the customer can choose between shipping with tracking or shipping without tracking.

2. Shipping with tracking

When shipping with tracking, the customer receives a tracking number.
My liability for shipping is limited to the statutory claims against the shipping service provider.
Any further compensation or reshipment is excluded. However, if there are any problems or uncertainties with tracking, the customer can contact me directly at any time.
We will then work together to examine the options available and how we can best proceed – without acknowledging any obligation to provide compensation.

3. Shipping without tracking
If the customer deliberately chooses shipping without tracking, the shipment is made at the customer's risk.
I accept no liability and no obligation to provide compensation or reshipment in the event of loss, damage or non-delivery of the goods.

4. Delivery times
Stated delivery times are non-binding. Delays caused by the shipping service provider are beyond my control.

5. Proof of shipment
Shipment is confirmed by a proof of posting or internal shipping receipt.

Delivery and shipping conditions

1 Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be delivered by post to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address specified in the order processing at Shopify is decisive for the processing of the transaction.

2 If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the costs of the initial delivery if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal, the return costs shall be governed by the provisions set out in the seller's withdrawal policy.

3 The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper delivery to itself. This shall only apply if the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and has concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier with due care. The seller shall make every reasonable effort to procure the goods. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be refunded without delay.

4 If you have not received a delivery at your address or from your neighbours after several days, please contact our customer service at boutiquenewmoon9@gmail.com. We will then check the whereabouts of your parcel and, if necessary, submit a search request.

 

Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

For customers from Switzerland: Please note that customs duties may apply, which often have to be paid upon delivery of the parcel.
